1. Introduction
Welcome to Kitchenland! We specialize in providing high-quality custom cabinets for residential and commercial spaces. The following policies are designed to ensure clarity, protect both our clients and employees, and maintain a high standard of service.
2. Product Quality and Warranty
Quality Assurance: We use only the highest quality materials and craftsmanship in all our products. Our cabinets are built to last and meet the highest standards in design and durability.
Warranty: Our service come with a 1-year warranty on our labor that covers defects in workmanship. This warranty is valid from the date of installation. Manufactures give their own separate warranties on their products.
3. Ordering Process
Consultation: All orders begin with an initial consultation where we assess your space and design preferences. This can be done in-person or virtually.
Quotes and Estimates: After the consultation, we will provide a detailed quote, including the cost of materials, labor, and installation. Please note that quotes are estimates, and final costs may vary based on any additional changes to the project.
Deposit: A deposit of 70% is required before manufacturing begins. The deposit is non-refundable once production has started.
4. Manufacturing and Lead Time
Lead Time: Manufacturing times vary depending on the complexity and scope of your project. Standard lead time is 2-8 weeks, but this may change based on the size of the order, brand of the product and our current workload.
Delays: While we strive to meet deadlines, certain factors such as material availability or unforeseen production delays may affect our ability to deliver on time. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays and provide an updated timeline.
5. Installation
Scheduling: Once your cabinets are ready, we will contact you to schedule a convenient installation date. Installation is typically completed within 1-3 business days for cabinet installations. Countertops typically will take another week or so.
Installation Fees: The cost of installation is included in your initial quote unless otherwise stated. Any additional services or changes requested during installation may incur extra charges.
Site Preparation: Please ensure that the installation area is ready before the scheduled installation date. This includes clearing the space of furniture and any other obstructions. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling and additional fees.
6. Payment Policy
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, cash, check, and in house financing options. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.
Late Payment: Payments not made within 5 days of the final installation will be subject to a late fee of 20%.
7. Cancellations and Refund
Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 5 business days of placing the order to receive a full refund of the deposit. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product or installation, please notify us as soon as possible of completion. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it. In the case of defects covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace the affected product at no additional cost.
8. Safety and Compliance
Standards: All our cabinets comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
Workplace Safety: We adhere to OSHA safety standards to ensure the safety of our employees and clients during manufacturing and installation.
